He has been actively involved in more than 350 autologous and allogeneic bone marrow transplant procedures, including complex transplant cases requiring advanced clinical expertise. His experience also includes stem cell collection (apheresis), transplant planning, post-transplant follow-up, and the management of transplant-related complications.

As part of his international fellowship training at Vancouver General Hospital, University of British Columbia, Canada, Dr. Bajaj gained hands-on experience with advanced transplant techniques, including CAR-T cell therapy and specialized approaches used in complex bone marrow transplantation. This exposure enables him to provide evidence-based treatment while following internationally accepted standards of care.

Bone marrow transplantation may be recommended for patients diagnosed with leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), certain inherited blood disorders such as thalassemia, and other conditions where healthy bone marrow function needs to be restored.
